Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 12 ounces fettuccine (try spinach or other flavors)
- 1 (16 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables (choose your favorite)
- 1 teaspoon butter or 1 teaspoon margarine
- 1 cup evaporated skim milk
- 1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook fettucini according to package directions; drain; return to pot.
- 2 add butter and toss to coat.
- 3 as pasta is cooking, cook vegetables in steamer or in the microwave, just until tender.
- 4 add milk and parmesan cheese to fettucini; toss gently.
- 5 add cooked vegetables and pepper to taste.
