Pasta With Yogurt/mint Sauce

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb penne pasta (or rigatoni)
  • 3 cups yogurt, room temperature
  • 2 -3 teaspoons garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoons fresh mint leaves, minced (or 1 tsp. dried mint, crushed)
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta according to package directions and drain.
  • 2 mix yogurt, crushed garlic, salt, and mint leaves together in a bowl and beat with a wooden spoon until the mixture is very creamy.
  • 3 pour the warm sauce over the prepared pasta and toss.
