Spinach Garlic Pasta

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (16 ounce) package angel hair pasta
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe

  • cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. drain.
  • heat oil in a large skillet. add the garlic, and cook for 1 minute. add the spinach and the cooked pasta. mix well, and cook for approximately 2 minutes, stirring often. serve.
