- 500 g pasta
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tomatoes, cubed
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon basil leaves
- salt
- pepper
- 1 cup emendal cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 boil the pasta in salted water until done. drain.
