Ravioli With Tomato Basil Cream

Ingredients

- 1 (25 ounce) package cheese ravioli
- 1 (16 ounce) jar alfredo sauce
- 2 tablespoons wine (optional)
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried basil (or 1/2 cup fresh basil)
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 prepare ravioli according to package directions, drain and set aside.
- 2 meanwhile pour alfredo sauce into a saucepan. pour wine into sauce jar, cover and shake.
- 3 stir wine mixture into saucepan with the chopped tomatoes and basil.
- 4 cook sauce over medium low heat for 5 minutes or until heated through.
- 5 toss sauce with ravioli, topping with parmesan and toss again.
