Ingredients

- 2 cups whole wheat penne
- 14 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 5 tomatoes, cored and roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup fresh basil
Recipe
- 1 mix the mozzarella, olive oil, chopped tomatoes, pepper and salt.
- 2 cook pasta according to directions.
- 3 mix sauce and pasta. add fresh basil. serve.
