Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb turkey
- 2 cups rice
- 1 (2 ounce) package onion soup mix
- 4 cups water
- 1 (15 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
Recipe
- 1 brown the ground meat and drain if necessary.
- 2 add soup mix, rice, soup, and water and bring to a boil.
- 3 cover and simmer for 20 minutes, till rice is done.
