Pasta With Gorgonzola And Sweet Onion

Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 large sweet onions, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 4 ounces gorgonzola, crumbled
Recipe
- 1 bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
- 2 add pasta, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- 3 heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- 4 saute onions until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
- 5 stir in garlic, and cook for 2 minutes.
- 6 remove from heat, and stir in balsamic vinegar.
- 7 in a large bowl, combine pasta, onion mixture, and gorgonzola.
- 8 toss until evenly coated, and cheese is melted.
