- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese
- nutmeg, freshly grated, to taste
- kosher salt & freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a small pot, bring the cream and butter to a slow simmer, stirring constantly.
- 2 remove from the heat and stir in the cheese.
- 3 when the cheese is melted, add salt, pepper, and nutmeg and toss with pasta or serve over chicken and noodles.
