Pasta Shells With A Tomato And Salami Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 (400 g) can diced tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 100 g salami, thinly sliced
- 350 g pasta shells
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- parmesan cheese, to serve
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta.
- 2 cook onion and garlic in hot pan, add tomatoes, paste and salami. simmer for 5 minutes
- 3 mix together pasta and sauce and serve in indiviual bowls, top with parsley and parmesan.
