Pasta Shells With A Tomato And Salami Sauce

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 (400 g) can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 100 g salami, thinly sliced
  • 350 g pasta shells
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
  • parmesan cheese, to serve

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta.
  • 2 cook onion and garlic in hot pan, add tomatoes, paste and salami. simmer for 5 minutes
  • 3 mix together pasta and sauce and serve in indiviual bowls, top with parsley and parmesan.
