Pasta With Lobster (for 2)

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 lb pasta
  • 1 (1 1/2 lb) lobsters
  • 1/2 spanish onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 4 ounces lobster stock
  • 4 ounces wine
  • 8 ounces tomato sauce
  • 8 ounces diced tomatoes

Recipe

  • 1 1) saute chopped onion, carrot and celery in the butter.
  • 2 2) deglaze with the wine then add the lobster stock.
  • 3 3) cook for a few minutes than add the tomatoes and sauce.
  • 4 4) add the lobster claws and simmer for about an hour or more.
  • 5 5) cut the lobster tail in half lengthwise. then cut into ½ inch portions.
  • 6 6) cook the pasta.
  • 7 7) strain the sauce. add the cut up lobster tail and the pasta to the sauce. serve.
