Ingredients
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can tomato soup
Recipe
- 1 melt buitter in a skillet and saute the onion and green pepper till softened. mix with the rice and soup and pour into an oven safe baking dish. bake at 350* for approximately 20-25 minutes until heated thorugh and slightly golden on top.
