- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 3 ounces basil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 lb pasta (your choice)
Recipe
- 1 lightly toast the pine nuts over medium heat on non-stick pan (no need for non-stick spray).
- 2 combine all ingredients in food processor, and mix until generally smooth.
- 3 combine pesto mixture with cooked pasta and toss to coat.
