Rice And Pecan Breakfast Casserole For 1

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 egg, whisked with
  • milk (a bit)
  • 1/3 cup cooked brown rice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans
  • 1/2 small apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1 dash cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together in a microwaveable bowl; cover.
  • 2 microwave for 2 minutes or so, until egg is softly cooked.
