Rice Pudding With Caramel Peaches

Ingredients

- 1 liter skim milk
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 cup short-grain rice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 peaches, sliced
- 1 tablespoon golden syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Recipe
- 1 on a low heat, bring milk and sticks to the boil.
- 2 add the rice and cook for 10-12 minutes.
- 3 remove cinnamon sticks and add sugar.
- 4 cook, stirring for 5 minutes until creamy.
- 5 spoon into serving bowls.
