- 4 cups cooked long-grain rice
- 8 radishes, sliced
- 4 hardboiled egg, chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, chopped
- 2 cups celery, sliced small
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- 2 cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
