Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 4 cups cooked long-grain rice
  • 8 radishes, sliced
  • 4 hardboiled egg, chopped
  • 1 medium cucumber, chopped
  • 2 cups celery, sliced small
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • 2 cover and refrigerate at least one hour.
