Quick Bread Gluten Free Pizza Crust

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch or 1/2 cup potato starch
  • 1/2 cup tapioca flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar or 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon potato flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup soymilk
  • rice flour

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400.
  • 2 grease 12 inch pizza pan.
  • 3 combine all ingredients except egg, milk and rice flour.
  • 4 blend until resembles fine crumbs.
  • 5 ad egg and milk and form a ball.
  • 6 place dough on prepared pan and sprinkle with rice flour.
  • 7 pat down to 1/4 inch thickness.
  • 8 bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • 9 add toppings & bake for another 10-15 minutes.
