Pasta With Oil And Garlic Sauce

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 lb uncooked pasta
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil (fresh, chopped)
  • 1/4 cup parsley (fresh, chopped)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta until al dente, keep warm.
  • 2 heat oil in 10" skillet, over low heat.
  • 3 add garlic, cook slowly and gently till light gold.
  • 4 remove from heat and stir in parsley and basil.
  • 5 add hot pasta to skillet, toss to coat evenly.
  • 6 serve immediately with parmesan cheese.
  • 7 enjoy.
