Quick & Easy €œswedishâ€? Meatballs

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken with herbs soup
  • 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
  • 10 ounces milk
  • 18 frozen italian style meatballs
  • 12 ounces bow tie pasta

Recipe

  • 1 cook the frozen meatballs on a microwave safe plate until cooked through, turning each one over halfway.
  • 2 drain mushrooms and rinse with water.
  • 3 mix soup with milk (with a whisk to get rid of lumps) in a medium saucepan.
  • 4 add mushrooms to soup mixture.
  • 5 heat soup mixture through on medium heat.
  • 6 add cooked meatballs to soup mixture, stir, and simmer about 2 minutes.
  • 7 serve mixed with cooked bow tie pasta or cooked egg noodles (sauce will thicken as it stands).
