Rice Pudding With Macadamia-maple Brittle

Ingredients

- 6 cups milk
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup medium grain rice
- 2 three inch cinnamon sticks
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts, toasted
Recipe
- 1 in a 4-quart saucepan, bring milk, 3/4 cup sugar, and the butter to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
