Ingredients

- 6 cups 2% low-fat milk
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons butter
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 325.
- 2 place all ingredients in a 3 quart baking dish, stir until sugar is disolved.
- 3 bake for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
- 4 it will thicken as it cools -- best served warm, with ice cream!
