Pasta And Tomato Casserole

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 cups pasta
  • 1 1/2 cups low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed chile

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 cook pasta according to package directions.
  • 3 spread 1/2 of pasta on the bottom of a 2l casserole dish, top with 1/2 of cheese.
  • 4 mix seasonings into tomatoes and pour over pasta.
  • 5 top with remaining pasta and cheese.
  • 6 cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
