Ingredients

- 3 cups pasta
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed chile
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 cook pasta according to package directions.
- 3 spread 1/2 of pasta on the bottom of a 2l casserole dish, top with 1/2 of cheese.
- 4 mix seasonings into tomatoes and pour over pasta.
- 5 top with remaining pasta and cheese.
- 6 cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
