- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon grated orange rind
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 teaspoons orange juice
Recipe
- 1 combine water, 1/2 cup juice, orange rind and salt in a saucpan.
- 2 bring to a boil.
- 3 add rice.
- 4 reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed.
- 5 drizzle 2 teaspoons juice over rice, stir well before serving.
