Quick & Easy Penne With Peas

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups penne
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tomatoes (chopped)
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook penne according to package directions.
  • 2 meanwhile, heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  • 3 add onions and cook until soft.
  • 4 stir in tomatoes and peas and heat through.
  • 5 add a pinch of salt and generous grinding of pepper.
  • 6 drain pasta and toss with pea mixture.
