Ingredients

- 2 cups penne
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook penne according to package directions.
- 2 meanwhile, heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
- 3 add onions and cook until soft.
- 4 stir in tomatoes and peas and heat through.
- 5 add a pinch of salt and generous grinding of pepper.
- 6 drain pasta and toss with pea mixture.
