Simple Rice Breakfast

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 sheet nori
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 combine rice, water and butter in rice cooker and turn on.
  • 2 after rice is done cooking, crack and beat the eggs. pour on top and leave for 1 minute.
  • 3 plate it, shred the nori over it and toss with soy sauce.
