Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 quart heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup roasted garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 combine the cream, garlic paste, black pepper, and 2 tbsp parsley in a large saucepan. bring to a boil over high heat, stirring to dissolve the garlic paste. reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • 2 sprinkle the salt and parmesan into the sauce. stir until sauce is blended and thickened, 1-2 minutes. serve over hot pasta.
