Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce

Ingredients

- 1 quart heavy cream
- 1/4 cup roasted garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 combine the cream, garlic paste, black pepper, and 2 tbsp parsley in a large saucepan. bring to a boil over high heat, stirring to dissolve the garlic paste. reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 2 sprinkle the salt and parmesan into the sauce. stir until sauce is blended and thickened, 1-2 minutes. serve over hot pasta.
