Ingredients
- Servings: 10
- 1/2 lb rice (uncooked)
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 gallon skim milk
Recipe
- 1 wash rice; drain.
- 2 add all ingredients together in a large sauce pot; bring to a boil.
- 3 turn heat to low and cook until thickened (about an hour and a half to 2 hours) stirring often.
- 4 pour into large bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
- 5 serve warm or chilled.
- 6 enjoy!
