Rice Pudding

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1/2 lb rice (uncooked)
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 gallon skim milk

Recipe

  • 1 wash rice; drain.
  • 2 add all ingredients together in a large sauce pot; bring to a boil.
  • 3 turn heat to low and cook until thickened (about an hour and a half to 2 hours) stirring often.
  • 4 pour into large bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  • 5 serve warm or chilled.
  • 6 enjoy!
