Pasta With Bacon And Cheese

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb spaghetti
  • 1/2 lb bacon
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup canned milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • parsley

Recipe

  • 1 cook pasta 20 min,in boiling water drain.
  • 2 cook and crumble bacon, set aside.
  • 3 in a large pan over medium heat beat egg yolk's,.
  • 4 add milk, flour, and cheese. wisk untill thick and creamy.
  • 5 add bacon.
  • 6 stir in pasta.
  • 7 sprinkle top with parsley and parmesan cheese.
  • 8 serve right away.
