Rice Pizza Crust

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice, slightly cooled
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 mix and press mixture evenly with a spoon into a greased 10 or 12 inch pizza pan.
  • 2 bake at 450 degrees f about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • 3 remove from oven and prepare your favorite pizza sauce and toppings.
  • 4 bake about 10 minutes longer or until cheese melts, if using fresh grated cheese.
