Rice Pizza Crust

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice, slightly cooled
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 mix and press mixture evenly with a spoon into a greased 10 or 12 inch pizza pan.
- 2 bake at 450 degrees f about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
- 3 remove from oven and prepare your favorite pizza sauce and toppings.
- 4 bake about 10 minutes longer or until cheese melts, if using fresh grated cheese.
