Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 2 medium roma tomatoes
- 1 cup basil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 1/4 cups water
Recipe
- 1 boil 2 1/4 cups of water with olive oil in coveres pan.
- 2 once water is boiling add rice and salt.
- 3 bring back to boil and then lower heat to a simmer until water has been consumed.
- 4 once water consumed turn off heat and add tomato and basil.
- 5 ready to eat.
- 6 if you wish you can add any other vegetables you wish.
