Quinoa Salad 2

Ingredients
- 100 g quinoa
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- 1/2 sweet onion
- 60 g carrots
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 2 tablespoons soy flour
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Recipe
- 1 cook quinoa in stock or water, about 15-20 minute allow to cool.
- 2 saute the onion, carrot, and celery until onions are clear.
- 3 combine all the ingredients and spices and allow flavors to mingle 15 min or more prior to serving. can be served hot or cold and can be made ahead.
