pasta w/ garlic and veggies

Ingredients
- Servings: 1
- 1 cup cooked penne (or your fave pasta)
- 1 cup cooked vegetables (your fave)
- 1/2 tomato (diced)
- 1/2 can sprite (can be diet)
- garlic
- basil (fresh if you have it)
- olive oil
- parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 put enough olive oil in the bottom of the pan to cover it lightly.
- 2 heat oil.
- 3 add garlic and let heat until lightly brown.
- 4 toss in pasta and veggies lightly to coat.
- 5 add sprite and let cook until reduced.
- 6 add tomato and toss lightly.
- 7 remove from heat.
- 8 sprinkle chopped basil over dish and serve with fresh parm cheese!
