pasta w/ garlic and veggies

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 cup cooked penne (or your fave pasta)
  • 1 cup cooked vegetables (your fave)
  • 1/2 tomato (diced)
  • 1/2 can sprite (can be diet)
  • garlic
  • basil (fresh if you have it)
  • olive oil
  • parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 put enough olive oil in the bottom of the pan to cover it lightly.
  • 2 heat oil.
  • 3 add garlic and let heat until lightly brown.
  • 4 toss in pasta and veggies lightly to coat.
  • 5 add sprite and let cook until reduced.
  • 6 add tomato and toss lightly.
  • 7 remove from heat.
  • 8 sprinkle chopped basil over dish and serve with fresh parm cheese!
