Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 29 ounces tomato sauce
- 1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt & pepper
- fresh basil leaf
Recipe
- 1 sautee onions in olive oil until lightly browned.
- 2 turn temperature to medium and add can of tomato sauce.
- 3 add salt and pepper.
- 4 bring to a boil, then bring temperature to low.
- 5 cook over low for 45min to 1 hours.
- 6 add fresh basil leaves before serving.
- 7 (serve over a pasta of your choice).
