Macaroni & Cream

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (16 ounce) box macaroni
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 boil pasta until done but firm.
  • 2 drain any excess warter.
  • 3 drop in butter.
  • 4 add evaporated milk.
  • 5 bring to a boil.
  • 6 turn heat downn to medium
  • 7 simmer 7-9 minutes - stirring every couple minutes.
  • 8 remove from heat.
  • 9 let stand coverd 5 minutes.
  • 10 salt and pepper to taste.
