Farfalle With Tomato Sauce

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 12 ounces farfalle pasta, cooked
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 -2 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated romano cheese

Recipe

  • 1 saute onion and garlic in olive oil for 2 minutes.
  • 2 add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes.
  • 3 stir in salt, pepper, basil, oregano, and cheeses.
  • 4 simmer for 15 minutes.
  • 5 stir in pasta.
