Rice & Spinach Bake

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 10 ounces frozen spinach
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, lowfat,shredded
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 cook and drain spinach.
  • 3 mix spinach, cooked rice, cheese, eggs, margarine, rosemary, milk, onion, worcestershire sauce and salt.
  • 4 place in a 10 x 6-inch casserole dish and bake 20 to 25 minutes.
