Rice Cooker Chicken Rice

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups rice
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 cup frozen vegetables (corn kernels and peas)

Recipe

  • 1 turn rice cooker on to 'cook'.
  • 2 add oil and rice, mix well.
  • 3 add vegetables and chicken stock.
  • 4 place lid on rice cooker and let it do it's magic.
  • 5 serve once rice cooker has clicked off.
