Pesto

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 3 ounces basil
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 lb pasta (your choice)

Recipe

  • 1 lightly toast the pine nuts over medium heat on non-stick pan (no need for non-stick spray).
  • 2 combine all ingredients in food processor, and mix until generally smooth.
  • 3 combine pesto mixture with cooked pasta and toss to coat.
