Rice Meledy

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 3 cups cooked rice (cooked in beef or chicken stock stock)
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushroom
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 -3 dashes soya sauce
  • 1 dash garlic powder
  • 1 dash onion powder
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet saute peppers,onion, mushrooms,carrots,garlic and celery in butter until softened. add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minute.
