Ingredients

- 3 cups cooked rice (cooked in beef or chicken stock stock)
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped mushroom
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 -3 dashes soya sauce
- 1 dash garlic powder
- 1 dash onion powder
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet saute peppers,onion, mushrooms,carrots,garlic and celery in butter until softened. add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minute.
