Rice Salad

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 cup rice
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup canned peas
- 1/2 cup canned corn
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 1/3 cup almonds, chopped
Recipe
- 1 cook 1 cup of rice in slightly salted water.
- 2 cool.
- 3 add the vegetables.
- 4 mix together and add the dressing ingredients.
- 5 mix and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- 6 just before serving, add almonds.
