Rice Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup canned peas
  • 1/2 cup canned corn
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1/3 cup almonds, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 cook 1 cup of rice in slightly salted water.
  • 2 cool.
  • 3 add the vegetables.
  • 4 mix together and add the dressing ingredients.
  • 5 mix and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • 6 just before serving, add almonds.
