Ingredients

- 500 g ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup romano cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 4 eggs, well beaten
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together until well mixed.
- 2 roll dough into pencil-like rope about 2cm thick. cut 4cm pieces.
- 3 drop into boiling salted water. let cook until gnocchi float on top.
- 4 remove with slotted spoon. toss gently with your favorite sauce. top with romano cheese.
