Farfalle With Tomato Herb Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 1 lb fresh farfalle pasta
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon pepperoncini pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and cubed
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 3 cups chicken broth (or vegetarians can substitute with vegetable broth)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 heat the olive oil in a pan.
- 2 add garlic, peperoncino, basil, parsley and oregano.
- 3 sauté on low heat, then add the tomatoes and half of the broth.
- 4 add your fresh pasta and stir continuously adding the rest of the broth on medium heat until pasta is cooked and the liquid absorbed.
- 5 dress with parmigiano and serve.
