Raisins, Nuts N' Bulgur

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup bulgur
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 cup golden raisin
  • 1/2 cup dark raisin
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts or 1/2 cup almonds

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 300f degrees.
  • 2 in a buttered 1 quart casserole dish mix all the ingredients except the nuts.
  • 3 bake uncovered for 30-45 min or until the moisture is absorbed and the wheat is tender.
  • 4 fluff with a fork.
  • 5 garnish with nuts.
