Raisins, Nuts N' Bulgur

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 cup bulgur
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 cup golden raisin
- 1/2 cup dark raisin
- 1/2 cup pine nuts or 1/2 cup almonds
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 300f degrees.
- 2 in a buttered 1 quart casserole dish mix all the ingredients except the nuts.
- 3 bake uncovered for 30-45 min or until the moisture is absorbed and the wheat is tender.
- 4 fluff with a fork.
- 5 garnish with nuts.
