Rice Ring

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • butter, for coating mold
  • 1 1/2 cups rice, cooked,steamed dry and buttered

Recipe

  • 1 butter a 1 ½ quart ring mold generously.
  • 2 pack firmly with hot rice and cover tightly with foil (rice may be prepared 1 hour ahead to this point and kept warm in a 250f oven).
  • 3 invert onto a heated platter.
