- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups scalded milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 eggs, beaten
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in a 1 1/2 quart, ungreased casserole dish, combine ingredients.
- 3 mix well.
- 4 place casserole dish in a baking pan with 1" of boiling water.
- 5 bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
- 6 serve warm or cold, with cream or milk, if desired.
