Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2/3 cup rice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 egg yolk
Recipe
- 1 mix first six ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat, bringing to a boil.
- 2 continue cooking over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring almost constantly.
- 3 beat egg yolk and milk together, then slowly stir into mixture.
- 4 remove from heat and serve with cinnamon sugar(optional).
