Pesto Primavera

Ingredients
- 16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables (1 bag) or 16 ounces stir fry vegetables (1 bag)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 ounces spaghetti, thin spaghetti, cooked
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 2 fresh garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 pour 2 tbsp olive oil into large pan, add frozen vegetables and garlic and cook until thawed but still crisp.
- 2 add fresh vegetables of your choosing, pesto sauce, broth, and stir.
- 3 when everything has reached the same temperature, add pasta and olive oil.
- 4 toss, serve with parmesean cheese.
