Ingredients
- 5 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup rice
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 grated lemon, rind of
Recipe
- 1 wash rice.
- 2 mix all ingredients together and pour into a buttered pudding-dish.
- 3 bake three hours in very slow oven (250-300 degrees f), stirring three times during first hour of baking to keep the rice from settling to the bottom of the dish.
