Partridge And Rice Stew

Total Time: 2 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 partridge breasts
  • 2 cups onions, chopped
  • 2 cups chopped carrots
  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 5 cups cold water

Recipe

  • 1 place partridge and 1 cup onions in a sauce pan.
  • 2 add water.
