Simple Mac & Cheese

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb velveeta cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • salt & pepper

Recipe

  • 1 boil macaroni until al dente drain.
  • 2 in double boiler heat milk.
  • 3 grate velveeta.
  • 4 add velveeta stirring occasionally until melted.
  • 5 toss macaroni with salt & pepper if used then 3/4 of melted cheese coating thoroughly.
  • 6 pour into greased 13 x 9 pan.
  • 7 pour remaining melted cheese over the top.
  • 8 grate the cheddar and sprinkle over the top.
  • 9 bake at 350 for 30 min until bubbly and starts to brown at the edges.
  • 10 this serves 8 thetas or 4 frat boys lol!
