Simple Mac & Cheese

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 1 lb velveeta cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 boil macaroni until al dente drain.
- 2 in double boiler heat milk.
- 3 grate velveeta.
- 4 add velveeta stirring occasionally until melted.
- 5 toss macaroni with salt & pepper if used then 3/4 of melted cheese coating thoroughly.
- 6 pour into greased 13 x 9 pan.
- 7 pour remaining melted cheese over the top.
- 8 grate the cheddar and sprinkle over the top.
- 9 bake at 350 for 30 min until bubbly and starts to brown at the edges.
- 10 this serves 8 thetas or 4 frat boys lol!
